Does cooking right help fight cancer? You better believe it! Just think about it for a minute. Whatever you feed is what will get strong.
It is a proven fact that processed sugar is like a banquet for cancer cells. Second on their list of favorite foods is any food with high acidity. So if you want your cancer to thrive and do well, just feed it what it takes to grow and that will happen.
On the other hand, if you eliminate those foods from your diet and feed your cells the things that build a healthy immune system, it will search out and destroy cancer while the cancer cells are searching for something to eat.
Another step you should take is to eat foods that have proven cancer-fighting chemicals in them. Broccoli, collard greens, and brussel sprouts are just a few known to have a detrimental effect on cancer cells. Learn to like those foods is highly beneficial in a cancer fight.
